Return Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. All orders are thoroughly inspected before packed and shipped to ensure your items arrive in good order. In the event that your items are damaged during shipment we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our business All Sales Are Final. Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than damaged during shipping.

Most carriers make 3 attempts to deliver items before returning to sender. If the items are returned the order is considered refused. No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credit issued without authorization by our customer service department. If incorrect items are received please call customer service. We will be glad to help you with the return or exchange. For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges.

We are sorry we cannot accept returns for products purchased in retail locations.
